![]() Once they fix that i think i will sink a lot more hours into Surviving the Aftermath. Remember i am the one who heavily critizes the Gate Storage on Surviving the Aftermath. Endzone got an upgrade button for buildings, Surviving does not. Surviving does require you to think about placement. I did noticed that Endzone gives a lot less guiding to "why" stuff goes wrong. With Surviving you start with a fishing hut and a hunters hut, later on after basic research you have potatoes and corn, the other seed types you have to purchase with trade or trading events at the gates. With Endzone you can build hunters, gatherers, farms, etc (a few more types than surviving). In Endzone you can directly build the whole map, where in Surviving you have to find a few open spots, away from radiated zones (which you can clean up later, after you researched power and environmental stations). Endzone does not alert you when resources in a set up zone are depleted, where Surviving gives you a bit too many alerts. Endzone does have a grit to help you place buildings (but im ok without). ![]() The GUI and menu's have so many more options, its just a bit painfull to me, but hey, some might like it. The only reason it feels harder is because you have to tripple build some building in order to produce stuff, in my oppinion it is a bit more chaotic.Ĭontent might feel as a pro, but to me it felt they made it a bit complex. It also has less disasters and not the special events like Surviving the aftermath. I own them both and just give you a honest review. Each community praise their game.Įndzone definitly does not have better graphics. They said Endzone has better graphic, look good, more disaster, harder, feel more survival, more event, better UI, not boring. and they answered pro and con the same way you pro Surviving the Aftermath. ![]() I also post my question in Endzone community too. My personal oppinion is that this game might be better, IF they change the gate storage and redo some work regarding the specialists. I just tried Endzone, but its too chaotic for me, maybe i was spoiled by this game. (just roam and loot the worldmap, do your research and your good to go). In the last update you start with 3 specialist, they build you first small base and signal the workers to join.Īfter a few minutes you will get more and more specialist at the gate, kinda killing the challenge. In the older version you would start with 8 workers and once the gate was build you could slowly recruit specialist and explore the worldmap. This results in 2 major buzzkills (described in another post by me). Gate stores all collected World Map resources, unable to send that to your storage. The developers never listened to the ppl and thus "never" fixed the gate bug. Customizable start (settings + logo + name + specialist) ![]() Specialist (hero's) that can explore this worldmap and gather resources. A worldmap (once you build the gate) that is exploreable, has lootable places and has factions to trade with. Easyer to manage because there is less content and requirements of double buildings for different resources. You have to buy a seeds once before you can use it (other than potatoes and such) Better and more clear GUI then Endzone. Better graphics then Endzone ( i mean like EVERYTHING looks better). ![]()
